Often, when people say they "don't have time", what's really missing is the energy to get started, the will to say "no" to a lower-energy, usually dopamine-ridden alternative like watching Netflix or opening Instagram.

You have got time. You just need to design your life and space in a way to minimize the activation energy required to get started on the activities you want to prioritize.
