I have been dangerously close to giving up this year.
In January, I went for four months without paying myself any salary and no clear plan to turn things around. Everything was going to shit, and I was questioning my choices and making a contingency plan.
These days things have turned around big time, and we are better than we ever were. I would not have believed it if someone told me about it 12 months ago.
The most important thing you can do as a company is to stay alive and keep learning. Everything else will take of itself if you live long enough.
